Does EverAfter upload my photos?

No. Everything happens on your device. The app never connects to the internet, and your photos and videos never leave your phone.

Why does the app ask for photo access?

It needs permission to read the photos you pick (to build the video) and to save the finished video back to your library. That's the only reason.

What does the in-app purchase unlock?

A one-time purchase unlocks the custom text watermark and related styling. It's a single payment — no subscription.

I bought the unlock but don't see it. What do I do?

Open the paywall and tap Restore Purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase. If it still doesn't appear, email us.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in to request one.

Which iOS versions are supported?

EverAfter supports iOS 16 and later.
